Landers’ Farm LLC, another Landers company, owns and operates a working cranberry farm in South Plymouth, MA. The farm, also known as Mountain Hill Bogs, consists of four cranberry bogs, blueberry patches, and even Christmas trees. The bogs are surrounded by over a hundred acres of beautiful uplands of trees of all varieties. Wildlife of all kinds roam across these picturesque surroundings.
Industry Supplier
P.A. Landers, Inc. is also a supplier of sand to the cranberry industry with our own working sand pits.
Once the sand is removed, a new transformation takes place with new water reservoirs and new planted cranberry bogs.
A Proud Neighbor
Landers’ Farm, a proud member of the Ocean Spray Growers Co-op, is surrounded by many beautiful homes and great neighbors. The Winter time brings ice skaters to the bogs, since the bogs are flooded for Winter protection and freeze for perfect skating. Meanwhile, Fall is the colorful time of the year when the cranberry harvest occurs and it is a magnificent sight to see. The berries are floated in the flooded bogs and a sea of red transforms the whole farm. Visitors from all over come to witness the Harvest Celebration when Nature gives up this red treasure for all to enjoy. Landers’ Farm is a proud supplier of Ocean Spray Cranberries
